As of 2023-11-15, sending audio/video won't work on unmodified Delta Chat clients

The current one-way delay is at least (Loading...) seconds.

The expected delay is ~3 seconds for Chatmail servers (including the default Chatmail Delta Chat instance, nine.testrun.org), and at least 10 seconds for non-Chatmail servers (e.g. Gmail), so you gotta wait a bit
